Location Covered

Home tutorial services are available only within the Bonifacio Global City (BGC) area.
Tutorials are available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Locations outside BGC are NOT eligible for home tutorials.
Tutorial will be conducted in a public area (lobby, business center).
Conduct classes only in approved, safe locations (living room, study area) . If the student is staying in a hotel, the class must be held in a designated public area (lobby, business center, or other safe public spaces).

How to Enroll in the WeTalk Home Tutorial?

1. Inquiry & Registration
  • Students/guardians inquire about the home tutorial program.
  • Customer Service (CS) provides details on requirements, fees, and policies.
  • Student completes the registration form.
2. Level Test at Wetalk Center
  • Students must visit the Wetalk center to take a level test.
  • The teacher administers the level test and determines the appropriate learning plan based on the results.
3. Verification of Student’s Location & Safety Check
  • CS verifies the student’s home/hotel address.
  • Supervisor and Admin ensure it meets safety standards.
  • If the student is staying in a hotel, the designated public space (lobby or business center) is confirmed.
4. Scheduling & Payment Confirmation
  • CS confirms the schedule with the student and assigns an available teacher.
  • Payment must be completed before the first session.
5. Teacher Assignment & Briefing
  • The Supervisor assigns a teacher based on availability and student’s level.
  • The teacher is briefed on student details and expectations.
6. Lesson Conducted
  • The teacher arrives on time at the agreed location.
  • The lesson is conducted following Wetalk’s curriculum.
7. Monitoring & Feedback
  • CS checks in with students/guardians and teachers for feedback.
  • Issues or concerns are documented and addressed.
